The climate of Crete is a temperate Mediterranean and the weather is characterized by long hot, dry summers and mild, sometimes rainy winters. The average temperatures are at around 28 °C to 30 °C and there are between 9 to 12 hours of sunshine that the island receives daily.
In October the weather remains hot & even when it rains, it is very unlikely to rain for days to an end but during the day or night leaving plenty of time to engage in indoor and outdoor activities in the resort or around the island.

There is a free pass for the entrance to the spa area that the indoor heated pool & sauna are located. Children are allowed to enter at certain hrs per day, always under the supervision of their parents. There is no extra cost for the use of Sauna.

Main pool, heart shaped pool, rooms with private pools are facilitated with desalinated / salt water. The pools by the water park / water slides / relax pool have fresh water. Pool by the annex building has fresh water.

We have a fully-equipped gym by the spa area.

We do have a public hospital in a distance of 20kms away from the hotel, one private clinic in a distance of 10kms (village of Gouves), along with an assigned 24/7 on call Resort doctor. The doctor pays twice a day visits at the resort (in the morning & in the afternoon).

We have a very well-equipped Children’s creative and educational facility. It operates twice a day in the morning & in the afternoon as well.

Children between the ages of 04 – 11 years old will have complimentary access to the kid’s club. Children who are 3 years old and below will also have access to the kid’s club with the presence of a parent or a guardian.

There is an outside playground, mini club, mini disco daily from 21.00-21.30 hrs., daily activities organized by our animation team.

Casual and smart dress is required in all indoor public areas of the hotel after 18.30hrs. Please refrain from wearing shorts and slippers in the dining room.

The hotel is offering a unique entertainment program by a multilingual animation team with various entertainment activities throughout the day. Among others, there are various theme nights as folklore dancing, live music, etc. Information board to be found by the reception area. Our entertainment team would be very happy to assist you!

All rooms are non-smoking; however, smoking is allowed in out outside areas.

An environmental fee, defined as Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, of €7,00 per room per night is applicable by law, payable by the guest directly at the hotel upon check in.

If the room is unoccupied, the hotel may approve an earlier entrance. However, if you are planning to arrive early in the morning and you want to ensure that the room is ready, we suggest that you book an additional overnight prior to your arrival.

All the Hotel’s Facilities are available to Arina Beach guests to be used by the time of arrival at the hotel. All-inclusive program is available till the guest’s departure time from the hotel (even the check-out of the room was at 11.00hrs)

Check-out time has been defined to be till 11.00hrs am. For guests that would like to extend their stay we recommend to contact our reception desk 1-2 days prior to departure in order to be informed over availability & extra cost to be applied. The all-inclusive program is available until guest’s departure from the hotel.  However, for guests that are planning to depart rather late and they want to ensure that the room would be possible to be kept, we suggest that they should book in advance an overnight with their reservation.

Implementing measures of natural resources management with the aim of improving the local environment, towels are changed after the second day of your stay, whereas the sheets every 3^rd day. However, in case you want them to be changed daily, you may place the designated label in the room.

Iron and ironing boards are available for our guests and can be delivered to their room for a limited length of time for security reasons. Please contact reception
